right then heres a how to for those interested..
1.if you look carefully you can see the retaining clip..
2.insert small screwdriver..
3.pull clip outwards..

Great how-to Rob.
Straight leg of clip is to the back side of headrest. The side of headrest rods that has the notches in them.
