After windsreen and tailgate any one tried Jks/ Scho etc and are they ok?Ta D

Have got a front screen one from Schofields, looks good, dont go for cheap, it will leak and you'll end up replcing it sooner.

yep was thinking on the lines of spending a few extra quid but sometimes price doesnt always guarantee quality and aws hoping someone could say'got mine from...... and its fine no probs' Thanks for the reply D

from Vw. Not bad really from them as its not that much dearer than Jk /Sch I pressume its a better seal?!

The proper vw seal is the bees knees, anything else is just an imitation, i don't know where schofields get theirs.

I have not tried the windscreen seal but the rear window seal for a pick for a doka or single cab may as well be for a ford, alot of vw seals are like this for older stuff, quality has dropped right off.

Were you saying the vw genuine seals are now crap? Sorry its been a long day and I have lost the ability to read properly! I also want a tailgate seal for a 1983 ta ...d

Yes they are not like they used to be, they are no worse or better than aftermarket.
