how high or low are standard springs

i have got a set of springs for my caravelle but i would like to know what height top to bottom are the standard springs when out of the wishbones so i can measure the new ones to see how low they are couse if they are too low then i will have to sell them or swap them
so the measurement in inches please as i am old school and not gone metric yet 50p in still 10 bob but you could buy more with 10 bob cheers

i would of thought that someone would have a set of standard springs in the shed all i ask is that someone gets a tape measure out and let me know how high they are i will even accept metric

Measuring them is fairly irrelevent.
Thickness of wire in the centre, thickness of wire at the tips, amount of coils and the overall height are what you need.
Or, just check the colour code, much easier.
