I'm looking at getting a set of wheels, but obviously want to know what I'll need to do to get them to fit (if at all!!!)

If its onto a 2WD then you may just need longer wheel bolts and studs. The offset etc is correct so there shouldn't be any clearance issues.. even with 225/40/18's with the sliding door.
