wind getting under poptop when driving

Is this normal? I don't like it, feels like it's not doing the roof any good.
Also feels like as its catching the wind it must be slowing the van down a bit.
Its been like this since I had it but one day, due to the angle of the sun shining one day as I was driving whilst this was happening I could actually see the shadow of the front edge of the roof, where the roof rubber goes down onto the metal of the van directly above the top of the front windscreen. This shadow was being cast across the windscreen and so I could clearly see how much the edge of the poptop was moving... and it was moving a lot, I guess fibre glass is flexible, but I really didn't expect this...
Could it be due to needing new rubbers? or maybe just due to the hinges being a bit loose?
Or is just due to the shape of the deveon roof, that because the wind hits it just there on the rubber some will always get under it? Perhaps an external sun visor would shield that area a bit? I'm thinking of getting one of those anyway... Anyone know where to find one? I guess they have brackets which either bolt or screw onto the edges of the windscreen? ... ideally a metal one ... or how easy would it be find/make just the brackets? I'm planning to stick 4 (or maybe more!) spots up there and I don't want to ruin the actual roof, I'd rather ruin a visor.
