Engine – 1Z removed from a VW Golf Bench tested, checked for any water issues, oil issues and ensure all of the pressures are okay.
Special mechanical pump to suit TDI engine
New genuine VW water pump
New genuine VW thermostat
New genuine VW cam belt kit fitted
New genuine VW sump gasket
Modified pump lever
A JX oil sump and oil pick up will be fitted on an exchange only basis.
The unit will not be fitted with a turbo, manifolds, alternator, alternator bracket
The price £1500 with a 1.6 pump, sump and oil pump in exchange.
Guarantee – 1 month on the engine, 12 months on the pump.

‘The big clutch’
The ‘big clutch option will prevent clutch slip and maintain serviceability.
It is a recommended modification as the increased torque and power that will be realised from the engine will shorten the life of the standard ‘run of the mill’ JX clutches.
‘The big clutch option will come complete with a flywheel and an upgraded 228mm clutch.
The price £250.
