from the roof vent in my high top. It only leaks when I park onthe flat which isn't an issue in this neck of the woods. Can you remove and reseal from the inside or do I have to climb all over the roof to to remove and re-seat? Don't fancy falling through and getting a large skylight, or cracking it and improving the leak. Any guidance would be good.

Hi,
mine leaked as well...so went up to with step ladders, undid the screws, lifted the vent off - hubby gave it a bit of a wiggle and it came away - the sealant had gone in places. I cleaned the vent with white spirit and a scourer, hubby scrapped the worst of the sealnt off, then scrubbed with white spirit and scourer. Then we washed it down to make sure spirit off. New sealant, new screws (same screw holes), job done.
Didn't need to sit / stand on the roof.
no more leak
