Well I have to say its interesting..... unusual maybe.
Words that dont spring to mind or roll off the tongue whilst looking at this vehicle are comfort, handling, economy, performance, aerodynamics .......... and those other one that no doubt will come along in a while ....

My brother has something similar, if you ignore the motley crew in front of it:
If you want to go to the desert get a Land Rover, if you want to come back get a Toyota.
That winds him up every time.

It was a fire tender for an airfield.
Not so agricultural now, it's got a straight 6 jap diesel in now (still got drum brakes all round - ok, it's agricultural.

You'd have thought the seller would know he had a chopped about Series 2A Forward control rather than the competely different in vertually every way bar the steering position, 101.
A friend of mine is rebuilding a 2B at the moment with a cummins engine. Its getting extencively reengineered in the process but thats mainly why hes doing it.

To be fair on it, when it was made there wasn't that much choice, certanly not in the "bigger than a 4x4 (which still ment Land-Rover in most the world at the time) but not quite a lorry" segmant.
