lowering springs

Hi all
Any one help. I have a t25 South African import 1998 with a 2.6i Audi engine fitted as standard. I’m in the mid's of pimping it up and want some springs that wont make it as stiff as I am in the morning but will stop it feeling like I’m shagging a fat bird
I had some nob from trs motorsport send me some springs, after I spent 20 minutes explaining what my van was he sent me some for a T5, only found this out once I had taken the old kit off
Have any of you guys done this a good guy told me H&R do a kit of shocks and springs.. Any part numbers would be welcome
