Where is the best place to get spares???
Ebay? or someone know a shop that isn't going to rip us off?
Also, has anyone got the glowplug removing tool for a D2 Eber?? Can't remove mine to test if its OK before shelling out silly money for a new one.

Have you tried VW ? Just had to order a exhaust for mine £40 odd quid. Would rather stick with original bits!

Ripped off - exhaust pipe only cost £14 per metre (22mm) - they certainly saw you coming!
Try
http://www.mellorautoelectrical.co.uk/s ... tion=index he charges under webasto and eber list prices - most dealers put on between 50 and 100% markup - he doesn't. Very good guy (Stuart Mellor), very helpful.

Glowplug is same as a VW one (ask Mattpoo for the GSF number

)
Most Eber parts available from 'Espar' but you're going to get really bent over unless you have a trade account and then you just get bent over.
Try your local council vehicle workshops they have ebers in library vans etc
Ian.

not even sure its the glow plug yet Ian - just bracing myself for the big 12" to hit my wallet
The eber runs but only for a few minutes and cuts out, starts again, then cuts out and only blows cold air.
