Insulation

Hi all just doing up the inside of van pulled out all the rockwool type stuff should i leave it out or use something better. does it cause any damp issues ? cheers mac
I would recommended the blue high density foam that is used in cavity wall insulation, and once fitted tape a vapor barrier over the top to stop condensation forming behind the trim and rotting your shell.
Probably worth giving every thing a good coat of clear waxoyl whilst you have all the trim off.
