We're hoping to visit the Imperial War Museum and are looking for a camp site in the area for a couple of nights. Anyone any suggestions?

Great shelford is only a small village with about 5 pubs in it so you'll never be far away from a beer

Cambridge city centre is about 4 miles away and as its a university city its a frickin excellent night out 8)

Last time we went to Duxford for the Great Warbirds Show we parked up for the night in a lay-bye adjacent to the road a few miles west of Duxford. The lorries never stopped all night and we hardly had a wink of sleep. not recommended.

Thanks guys. Think I've sorted it now. Found a c&cc certificated site about 15 miles away from Duxford - at the back of a pub! Looks great so I'll be happy if the beer is good! :ok
