interior insulation

as i'm in the process of recovering things, i'm currently pulling panels off....
theres no insulation behind anything
so whats best / cost effective to put in there?
i'm guessing stuff that would hold water is a no no
so whats my options?
ps
have now got funky material....piccys to follow

Thermowrap is what you need.
A search here will reveal more.
With luck you can get it BOGOF at the DIY stores.

Cant remember what its called but i used some stuff from B&Q. It looks like bubble wrap encased in silver foil. Its for house insulation & supposed to be loads more efficient than rockwool. I used it cos it was on offer and dead easy to cut and shape. The van has been roasty toasty since i put it in

I used celotex roof insulation the thermowrap. Lovely and toasty in my van at night.
