Another brake thing

Hi,
Fitted new brakes (pads, shoes, discs, drums, hoses, drum fitting kit) about 500 miles ago and they bled up fine, if a bit soft. The handbrake also didn't get as rigid as I would like.
After a long trip with no problems I am now finding the pedal goes a lot lower, almost to the floor, all be it still baking at the bottom.
I have checked for leaks, there is no loss of fluid, it does it hot or cold and I have re-bled the system.
The haynes mentions something about the self adjuster mech, any ideas?
Thanks,
Jon

I am pretty sure I did, but it was late at night and we were on a mission. Looking through the Bentley manual it looks like a drum rebuild is on the cards, even to check the adjusters are on the right sides. On the adjusters I'm not sure how to check which is the left hand thread and right had threaded one, is it as obvious as I think, the one that screws in turning right is right handed?
Thanks

with a screwdriver through the hole in the backplate? take them up till they lock on then back em off till the scrape very lightly. guarantee your handbrake will be on 2 clicks and the pedal at the top again
