knocking noise when turning right

Hi Guys,
Not been in the van since July, what with having Zeke and not having been well. Anyway, just decided to take it for a spin round the block to see if it was ok, and I'm getting a knocking noise when turning right at say +20 mph. Turning right from stationary, no noise. Not easy to say where the noise is coming from exactly,(front or back wheels area....) will have to get someone to come out with me to listen, but just wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be? We were going to try and go out in it tomorrow for the day just to get out. Only just been able to drive since having Zeke and itching to get out in it. As far as I know all was well when i parked it up in July.
Thanks in advance,
kathy
