How do I take the small panel off (the one on the rear panel, not in the door), that hides the runners

I have taken the 2 screws out, and I can lift it a little.
Do I have to take the rubber off the top.

At a loss

pull it towards yourself just enough to clear the screw tabs and give it a sharp tap upwards with the palm of your hand , just mind it doesn't bite you on ya nose as it comes off

If it doesn't budge using your hand, take a thinnish piece of wood (6mm ply is good), slip it up under one end of the cover, pull it out slightly to clear the screw tabs, and whack it with a hammer. Worked for me! :D

By the way, no point trying to remove the rubber trim first - it has a lip, so it can't be taken off until the cover is removed.
