Tick Tock Tick Tock Clock
I've just fitted a tick tock vw clock to the instrument cluster , but the ribbon wiring on my cluster doesn't have the bit of the clock , Is the clock 12volt ? can i just wire it up to a + and - ?? ,there are only two connections to it

unless you run 24V battery I'm pretty sure 12v will be all it requires, it should be possible to figure which is pos and which neg from the circuit

Yes mate all 12v
will have a look at the circuit ribbon on the one i took it off

mark, as long as you are totally seperate from the rest of the cluster, the worst is it will go backwards, although that may be a good thing, old fella!!

All sorted , got it right first time , now thats a first
cleaned up the multi plug so now the high beam light works
also put the mph clock in at the same time ,and the rev counter into the same vdo slot
