My 1.9 petrol panelvan is in for it's mot. while it is there, I am thinking of them renewing the oil from the 5 speed box. Any ideas on current cost of g/box oil per litre?

The full amount can't be replenished without upending the box (I think)...

IIRC Aidan said the box 'keeps' about 1/2 a litre hidden in the corners somewhere

change it when you buy the van then every three years / 20 k miles or more often if worked hard eg off roading, long long hauls and hot climes

gearbox rebuild from £300 absolute minimum
