Hi

I have a westfalia joker t25 with a lpg gas tank underneath for my fridge and hob.
I few months ago i turned on my hob and had gas. I have recently went on a trip and had none. i went to fill it up and it wouldn't fill up. Some man came over to help and said its full!! but i have no gas. the level indicator is stating its full! i slacked of the some key bolts by the level indicator and gas started to leak out but my needle is still saying its full but i am not getting any to my hob!! anyone know what is going on?

Are all of the valves in the cupboard open, don't mean to sound silly but it's easy to leave the main one shut

Hi,

Yeah all of the valves in the cupboard are open. A little unsure of what valves should be open on the tank. According to the manual they are correct think.

Did the same recently

There must be quite a bit of residual gas in the pipes as we'd boiled/cooked using it before I thought it had run out......level indicator showed it was full so I was stumped as I assumed everything was open........tried to fill up and it was very very slow and only putting in a £1, I guess all I was doing was compressing gas into the valve inlet. Anyway, re-read the booklet again and again, turned a valve near the gauge and hey presto gas works again. It turns the opposite way to which you think. Now my fridge works as well!!
