Maximum Oven/Hob length?

How long is yours?
Our van came with the kitcheny bit missing and a full width Rn`R bed which I will be narrowing by about 250mm so I can get some extra cupboard space down the side.
I`ve picked up a decent all in one hob/drainer/sink in stainless steel. Its 1050mm long by 400 wide, but when I`ve come to look at the brother in laws van his is a shade under 900mm.I`m now wondering if it will clash with the Rn`R bed opening up.Whats the max length you can get away with or has anyone come up with a cunning plan to get round it
Thanks
Mark

put your bed down, stand a piece of wood upright against the edge and measure up to the bulkhead behind drivers/passenger seat - that should give you a better idea. Not convinced a sink is worth all the hassle though. I find a washing up bowl is more practical for that kind of thing.

My Plastimo Stainless Steel combi sink/hob is 460mm by 480mm, and the work surface ihas been extended to 950mm which is 50mm over the standard size of 900mm. There is a way to overcome the clash with the bed by making the kitchen unit standard size and allowing the worksurface to extend past it at the top. I can post some pics later of how I did mine if it helps.

Good Idea but the bed has been taken out and buried at the back of the garage behind bumpers, wheels and other T25 bits :(
