Where can I get one of these water thingys?!?

Hi all
You may have seen my thread about Vals odd disco effect coolant light/needle problems:-

Well earlier I replaced the dalek with a shiny new one and went for a 10 mile run. All was well no needle or light action BUT when I got back I could hear a hissing noise and found my potential leak point - See the yellow circle below:-
Val is a 1.6 CS diesel 1982
So having looked on JK, GSF, fleabay and VW heritage to no avail does anyone know where I could find a replacement water pipe thingy, or does anyone have any suggestions for sorting this one. The split seems to be just above the clip
