i went to change a section of crappy pipe (going to the heater) looked like a simple job. howeveri turned out that it was not the pipe that was leaking (weaping) the spiggot was the problem it had a fracture in it and when i went to remove the pipe as soon as i touched it with the grips the spiggot snaped. dose any one know where i can get a a new i dont realy know what toi call it so i will describe it, it is a plastic setion that sits above the drive shaft and next to the diff lock thing, the flow and return large pipes to th rad conect to it and there is a take off to the heater, this is the part that has the broken spiggot. dose any one have one or know where i can get one
many thanks neil

do you mean the black plastic junction that has a couple of inlets and outlets in attached to firewall on right side of engine bay ? 251 121 442 A the syncro one is now obsolete, the only one listed new is 251 121 442 which was fitted to 2wd and syncros with webasto, you could use that and blank off the extra connection, if you can get one.
Or try the new syncrospares ? These often leak out of the end where the cap is plastic welded in though, I've got one that I know leaks, would need some suitable fix, I was thinking a 2 pack resin type stuff put some in and use air line to force into leak and let set. Or SyncroNutz might have one ?

That part is syncro specific and is no longer available. We have no second hand ones either.

Try SyncrosparesUK then, South Moulton, Devon, an off-chance, they may have one...

I'm pretty sure we have one, just sorted a guy out today with nearly all the water pipes for his diesel conversion from our many boxes of second hand pipes....I didn't think that was bad!
If your stuck give us a ring.
