Two Questions

Good day,

Can someone provide a good source for the square inner headlights? I understand from the wiki that these are the same as on a Scirocco, but I don't know the part number. One of mine is always showing condensation on the inner lens, so I guess the seal is shot?

The second question: I have a Vindic hard top with the roll bar etc. I've noticed that some of you have a spare tyre mounted at the roll bar and was wondering if this is something that can be added? I'd also like to have the roll bar and the other supports bead blasted and powder coated so could have the tyre mount added at the same time.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Rgds,

Robert

Re the square inner headlight. Just take it out and clean the inside of the glass then simply apply some silicon sealer (on the outside) to re-seal the lens. I did this for mine and no more problems.

i made a mount for the spair wheel, i used 100mm wide x 8mm thick steel plate with a 50mm x 50mm box section welded to it on the end of the box section i the cut some a plate and drilled the holes in it that matched 3 holes for the wheel and welded 3no 75mm m10 bolts to the back of the plate. then welded the holder to the top and bottom tubed on the roll cage. make sure that the battery is disconected before you weld it on though, if this dose not make much sence i could ask a mate to pose some pics for you.

I have some spares, assuming that they are the same as Scirocco. PM me if interested, Cheers Andy.
