Hello

I am in the process of cleaning up my T25 for sale.
Since we bought Otto a year ago he has had some mildew on the underside of his pop-top.
Now I have read the forum re good products to clean the canvas sides of pop top but the underside of his pop is lines with a fine velvetty velour.
The previous owner said it was not cleanable but he has treated it so it wouldnt spread. Anyone got any experience to the contrary. Could I try th dettol mildew product or some kind of auto-glym hood cleaner do you think

Cheers

Carrie

I must admit milldew is not the easiest thing to clean off on any light coloured roof fabric , you may have a good chance if it rubber or plastic backed as fitted to other models, but even so it is a bugger to get shot of....

Dilouted bleech is as good as anything ( don't forget those gloves).... :D

Hi, try Dettol mould and milldew remover in a green spray bottle. Sainsburys sell it. Worked well on the inside of my devon roof. Try a small test area first though
