I am thinking of buying a T25 and i wanted one with power steering..it doesnt have to be a camper.

Hiya, welcome to the club.
Many of the late (88-> ?) Caravelle GLs have PAS and many of the late Westy campers and multi-vans.

Just to add that if u had a 72 bay before you'll be pleasantly suprised by the steering on these even without PAS- its stacks better and tends not to wander anything like an early bay due to a modern design of steering rack, like an ordinary car basically. Makes it much easier to park etc. Bear in mind- and i don't know your reasons for PAS, that u will also use more fuel, get less bhp and have a more complicated system to go wrong! Otherwise have fun, T25 is so much more developed than early bay- if u can live without the aesthetics.

NB If u r looking for decent price and quality try Steve at 'Eastfalia' for a nice van if he can get one.....there are many traders and also the sort of 'grey area' traders who don't quite admit to it, prices can vary a lot and there are many duffers looking shiny and great vans looking dull out there- just like bays etc. Good luck.

PAS = money!!!!! big steering wheel and you'll be fine !! Very expensive for parts if they go wrong!

Don't forget steering wheel knobs too. They help a lot on steering. I have a weak elbow and fitting one allowed my arm to heal properly as well as making quick steering that much easier.

Arh....ladies rugby perhaps or a keen motorcyclist? (the injuries I mean)
I think what they are saying is you will pay a premium for any of the T25's with power steering...they tend to be the expensive and later models, as you would expect really, so the more expensive side of T25 ownership.
Westfalia's and higher spec Multivans...or even exotic SA and Outtinger imports LOADS OF MONEY!
Power steering is great! take it from a Westy California owner...but all depends on your budget?

Hi you can fit electric powersteering from Tim at ultimate engineering £300.00 diy or £400.00 fitted i have just fitted my own kit but have not tested it yet ! its a complete coluum which you change over etc , s/h power steering kits do come up at around £600-£700 and if you can fit your self its not so bad or find a friend/vw person pay with plenty of beer etc lol

websites for what?
power steering or vans with power steering?
there aren't any for the latter.
As has been said the T25 is lots lighter anyway than the bay.
T25's with PAS are rare and you may have a long weight.
quicker to get a van and have it fitted.
