The haynes manual covers the adjustment in detail.
If it is just the front which has dropped, loosen the 3 allen screws on the bottom of the inside of the door which attach the bottom runner to the bottom of the door. once loose, this allows you to lift the door up a few mm and re tighten the screws. The rear is a more complex adjustment and a manual is really needed.(IMHO). Remember that your door is the earlier type and different spares are needed if you need to buy anything.

Perhaps the bottom roller has worn through it's track plate ? Or the roller bearing has collapsed ?
Ian.

Have a look to see if the roller carrier arm is scraping along or catching on the bottom plate. Run a hand (carefully) along the plate and feel where the roller would be when the door's closed.
