Help!! Split hose

Help the coolant hose that runs to the "sandwich"oil cooler/warmer on my 1990 1.6td camper just split. Lost 90% of coolant but thankfuly spoted it before temp got over 3/4. It is roughly 16mm internal bore and has split near where it joins the cooler on the top of the oilfilter housing. Does any one know where I Can get a replacement pipe or the best way to repair this...thanks
