great news! i was gutted to see Syncrospares shutting down, especially when i am starting to hear a dodgy clonking sound from at the back somewhere! also need a replacement locking fuel cap....

I was told who it was last night, but I cant remember (dont recognise the name), he is not a syncronaut..yet...but has good mechanical knowledge of all things VW, from an existing VW shop.

He has got three lorry loads of syncro stuff though.

I had reason to use these guys just last week whilst on holiday, excellent service in every way.

We are husband and wife team Jon and Pip Vipond who established a VW air cooled business earlier in year on Pathfields Industrial Estate, South Molton (http://www.exceleratesouthwest.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). With brother Ash Vipond and Jay Hennessey on board we've got a skilled team who are producing great results in the workshop. When we heard CJ had Syncrospares up for sale we decided to coincide it with the air cooled side of things. Business going well - thank you to all the existing Syncrospares customers for the continued support.

We won't be hosting the Devon weekend this year as with two new businesses, two young children and a house move in the equation we've just got two much going on but rumour has it most of you will still be heading to the same campsite as last year. However, we will be at Vanfest this year.
