have you tried any of the vw van centres in scotland.problem is most parts for these vans are now obsolete.does it have to be a new one.stick an ad in the wanted forum.because one of the breakers on here could well have a decent s/h one...

Have you tried Brickwerks? Last time I needed one JK were out of stock (no idea when they would be back in stock), Brickwerks had them and it was with me next day.

Or carry out a once and for all repair using a hinge, it'll never need doing again then.
