just planning to get to engine on van now, got most service items i think but anyone know where to get vwg12 antifreeze? any other points of note would be helpfull, first time done anything to one of these [ 1.9 wbx] ta much

GSF do it, gave me a discount cos i bought 7 bottles...

dont bother, use comma winter coolant, same spec, 1/2 the price.

thanks mocki, so this bit about useing pink anti freeze due to certain rust inhibitor qualities aint exactly the whole story? glad i asked first, your right that other stuff is pretty pricey, still mix 50/50 though?

I think all pink 5yr antifreeze is much the same---the Comma stuff is about £15 for 5 litres--yool need 2 cans----the price for the VW G12+ in GSF recently was not much more--only comes in litre bottles tho--
