GAS TANK ADAPTORS

Hi just got some adaptors from Gasure for filling up my westy lpg tank can anyone tell me if i just screw them on the tank and leave them on or just put them on for filling the tank and then remove them

only put them on when filling up, unless you wish to invite their dissappearance inbetween times......

plus you wont be able to shut the gas cover with it left in!!!
