Just bought a set of new Amc heads from gsf are they any good and can i run on lpg as soon as ive put them on or have i got to do around 500miles on petrol first?

If they are a direct repalcement then you will not have a problem, they should be unleaded from the box so to speak, the running in is to bed the piston rings so unless you have repalced the rings then you can run it straight on lpg.
