Oil for MV?

Any recommendations for the best oil to use in my 2.1 petrol MV engine?
All advice appreciated.

Its all in the WIKI...
a good branded mineral or at most semi synth 15w40 or 15w50 (if you can find it) or if its a bit tired a 20w50.. Quantum (15w40) that GSF stock and VW use is good...
