What's the best torque wrench to buy? Engine stand?

Going to have ago at my bu88ered wbx (see other thread). But what's the best torque wrench to buy? Bentley says do not use clicker type but a dial type..... :?
Been up Halfords there is a a 40-200 one for £50, is it any good?

Or perhaps anyone near-by I could borrow one from? (I might only need it this once! ) also engine stands. What type do I need to hold a wbx?

Can you tell I've never done this before? :lol:

We hired an engine stand from HSS.....don't know if they do wrenches as well, though

We have about 8 engine/gearbox stands in our workshop. Some are tripod 3 wheels the rest are 4 wheels. The three wheeled ones are probably border line for a WBX I would recommend the slightly heavier duty 4 wheel type like this one from machine mart:

I wouldn't pay Halfrauds prices for a torque wrench either, see this clarke one, absolutely fine for the home mechanic:
