Its not a common conversion.
I have never seen or heard of any off the shelf conversion parts, thats not to say they don't exist.
So you would need to be able to design/make/have made/bodge some way of connecting K-series to T25 gearbox, or mount your k series + box transversely, which will involve lots of fabication of mounts, matching driveshafts, gear linkage, thats before you plumb it and wire it.
The K series is a light and powerful engine and great in the right place and when working, but it has its weeknesses. Most notably cooling / head gasket problems. Yours will have to push its water to the front of your van and back putting extra strain on it, it didn't like this much in the MGF which is only half as far!
If it were me I would leave it alone.
Regards,
Mike.

There are far better engines to use than Rovers K series (Honda were not involved with the K series)

k series engines make waterboxers look good.

Yeah , thanks guys , good advice , but a kinda shame ; we still have our old rover 1992, 1.6 16 v ,.which the kids run around our place, we had it from new , ,done 71 k, fully looked after and regular oil change so although the body looks like its been a submarine, engine is great . Maybe i should try to bodge an MOT and get the 2 grand scrappage on a noo wee car , tho will take a lot of bodge.
Anyway , still unsure whether we have a head gasket problem on the wbx. Must take it to the sniffaman in inverness.

1.6 on a 1992 plate is a honda engine not a K series

aahh-- what is it then , and will it fit a Marlin "5exi"? I told them it was a K series , obviously wrong , the haynes is as clear as usual mud.

I think all honda's are anticlockwise engines so one forward gear and four or five reverse gears.

K series have more problems with head gaskets than the wasser leakers do!
