What do you think it's Worth? - For a Holdsworth

Hi Everyone,
I have been searching for a camper for a while now and have recently been offered one. I would appreciate some input as to an estimated value.
1988 T25 1.9 water cooled
Richard Holdsworth Pop-top
Usual bits;
Zig
3 way fridge
Gas cooker
Water off foot pump but no waste tank
RnR bed
Interior is well used but no rips or worn holes or anything
No stereo
Has done around 130k with about 25k on recon engine
Bodywork is in good condition with only sign of rust to underside of the step to drivers/passenger doors. Although has had a bit of a blow over a few years ago, evident from overspray to the door jams but very straight and seams look good.
Most MoT's + service history - receipts are available
They are looking for about £4000
I know Westies around this age are advertised for between £4-6k
But I have not seen any Holdsworth's
All help is very much appreciated
Also does any one have user manuals/brochures for this van? Have never used a 3way fridge or Zig unit and if I buy it would be handy to know how so I don't go ruining things...
Any idea what I can expect fuel consumption wise?
Cheers

You get lots of differing opinions on questions like this.
My opinion is that it's probably worth the money if all the receipts look genuine and the rust isn't bad.
Buy for good bodywork and lack of rust first, the rest is cheaper to fix.

Doesn't sound too bad if the van's bodywork is good.

Thanks for the input from everyone, and thanks Jed for offering to look at it with me... I decided to act quickly and buy the van..
Woooo Hoooo
I am now a proud owner of the van below... Owned for last 16yrs by a older couple who have looked after her pretty well.. I am stoked.
Just ordered a stereo and am looking for other bits and bobs before my first big adventure.. so should be cruising soon...
Can anyone advise on a good, cheap alarm-immob system. Might have to re-read "Camper Theft Deterants"

Hi, van looks good in the pics, I've got a Holdsworth as well, they're quite well built and a good layout. Mines looking a bit rough around the edges now but I've had 4years of good times and happy memories, hope you enjoy yours as much. As for the price looks like you got a bargain.

PUTNEY,
That would be fantastic if you could copy the literature for me
I would be willing to help anyway I can for your costs/time £?
I agree with you that they are a great van I can't wait to get out on my first adventure... hopefully next weekend if I can get myself sorted.
