I have an intermittent fault with the screen washers on my van and want to replace the pump. Anyone done this recently? Can you access the pump through the grill or need to drop the bottle and all the bits from below?

you need to unbolt the resovoir from under the floor, then the pump will come out of the resovoir
it's an easy enough job
i havea haynes book somewhere, i'll copy it out when i find it

Make sure you clean the contacts in the switch on the RH stalk, this seems to be a weak point and can result in a feeble jet. Of course nobody wants a feeble jet...
