HI, our family have booked a ferry to Dunkirk in July. Does anyone have a camping suggestion 1-2 hours from the port going towards Paris for our first night? Our 2nd and 3rd night will be Paris (outskirts) in order to visit the city - does anyone have a recommendation for this too? Thanksssssssssssss!!!! Robbie

Have a look at this ……

then simply choose the one closest to where you are wanting to go.
Trains/Metro are the best way to travel round Paris so check out the zone tickets which also cover Disney if you are wishing to go there.

We use Camping Bios de Bologne but it gets full in season so last year we used Paris Est which is miles from anywhere but has a cracking camp bus service to the RER and Metro. If you travel on the Toll roads you can overnight at the Airs if you don't expect too much in the way of facilities. The big posh ones have lorries whose fridge genies fire up every 20 minutes just when you are drifting off to sleep.
