Turbo return pipe

Does any one know where I can get an oil return pipe that goes from the turbo to the sump on a 1990 1.6 td JX engine as mine is seeping oil and it is fully tight. 
VW?
Have you tried some ptfe tape to ensure its not the joint to the sump leaking?
