Has anyone fitted crystal headlights (no, not indicators!) to their van? The sort that Wipac and others do with clear lenses but patterened reflectors.

There seem to be a few on eBay, with a wide range of price and fittings, but not sure which one would be the right fitting.
Are T25s the same fittings as Mk 1 Golfs, for example?

I reckoned that crystal headlights with clear indicators would give a nice, bright look to the front end.

There's postings on brick-yard about these lights.
Elvis fitted some to his old doka but they were crap at lighting the road.
Shame really cos I think they look great.

I've fitted them to mine in a SA grill.
Neither Golf MK1 or2 are a straight fit but they are the same diameter and both can be made to fit with a bit of modification of the back plates.

Is someone going to be nice and put a guide on wiki

think its due now we've got enough people asking about crystal lights- especially as i want to know what mods you need to do aswell, lol
