Sun Canopy/Awning advice

Hi all, I'm looking for a Sun Canopy for my new T25 but can't seem to find any stockists on line. All seem to sell the drive away full awning rather than just a sun canaopy that extends out over the door. I'm preferably looking for a fixed canopy but would be happy with one that you can attach to the gutterrail. Anyone know of any products/web sites or stockists? Cheers Claire :P

Hi,
We got a Kyham similar to this, folds down small and gives protection on the sides.

Before this we had a Bluebird sun shady, again good but not much side protection.

This is a nice big Omnistor in the For Sale section, will go right over the door.

Quite a few have Caravanstores fitted, they are ace, one of the best bits of kit on our van. Fitted ours with long screws that screw right through the fibreglass into the bed board runners inside the van. Solid as..............................................well, Kevs' I suppose

A couple of piccies of the awning rolled up.

You get them on e-bay from time to time.
Just bear in mind the price new before a bid.

and search the net for the deals. I did and got £30 off Fiamma price.
by the way there are a few sizes that fit our Campers.
190cm, 225cm, 255cm, 280cm, 310cm, 360cm, 410cm,
mine is the 3.1

the ones that are the best fit are 2.8 3.1 3.6 the 4.1 is a full coverage from nose to tail.

If you want to fit it at a decent hight then the 3.1 is about the max you want any bigger and it might not fit!!!!

Driprail measures 3.3 full length so think 3.1 is longest awning that will fit.

Do you mean high top (fibreglass top on van) or tintop (original VW van roof)? They'll certainly go on a high top - not sure about a tin top.

You could screw the awning rail directly onto the roof but obviously you're not going to have much head room under the canopy, also the back will overhang the sliding door unless you have the rail quite a way up.

You could buy the Fiamma one's that come in a box and fit to the gutter, these sit above and proud of the slider so will work well.
