not without adapters... and you would have to get them made
possibly late defenders have smaller pcd and poss I can get them in the right offset... (with adapters) but why?

Hey!
I've owned 3 Landies before the VW and really don't think so without adapters... All series Landies and all Defender model hs the same distance between nuts/threads, only the Range Rover P38 and newers and new Discos have a different distance, so you can go walking everywhere and when you see a Disco or any Landie you test by yourself the distance...

I think it is easier...

U can fit landy defender alloys BUT u must have then machined with a
milling machine to change the stud patern.
I have seen them fitted before but not worth the hassle.
