S-shaped coolant hose - where to find?

Had my bus serviced today and as I seemed to be losing some coolant asked them to keep an eye out for any leaks.
Sure enough there's an S-shaped bit of hose directly under the air-filter that's leaking.
My mechanic says he can't source a replacement - Does anybody here have ideas where I can find one?
The part number is 251 121 130 B

I sourced mine from van-cafe in the US, but they sent me 2 in error (got a refund). I'll see if I can find it for you.

that's a syncro only part number ?

Aidan, it's the hose from pot 1 to the bulkhead connector .... I had to make one up from other hose and 22mm copper as a support for the Mikalor clip till I could get a good s/h one.
Definately obsolete, even from Der Vaterland.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Haven't found hose yet as workshop is a jungle at the moment. Don't know if you have solved problem but I will still try and locate it.
