What off road tyre options are available for stock rims? ATs rather than MTs

What do you want to do with them??

185r14 - Black star Guyanes are a real aggresive MT (I have them on merc steels in 205/70) they work surprisingly well on the road, but very very noisey... IIRC there are a couple of others out there... then its down to winter tyres...
205r14....... nowt more than road or winter tyres really....
BFG AT's were available in 27/8.50r14, but I recently read they have been discontinued (very recently) but dont know for sure...
I have found a couple of others listed in that size, but cant get em in the UK....
Kumho Marshall do a 215/75r14 AT (KL78, needs a 6" rim really), but havent found anywhere that can get them...

Its almost too much hassle... if its just for mostly road stuff with winter thrown in and a bit of light off road, then winter/all season tyres in 205r14 are about as good as it gets... I have been runing some Semperit van-grip winters (185's) on the doka for a couple of years... perform well on road and give reasonable grip off road untill it gets a bit sticky...

It'll probably be me needing them :)

Mainly road use with the odd field/off road camping + need the capacity to get out of a muddy festival.

Would appreciate any advice.

Cheers.

I turn (or should i say churn?) my Syncro round in this every morning (without getting stuck or wheelspin)

on 195/80/14 Hankook HA 08 summer tyres. Unless you're planning on going greenlaning, summer tyres will be good enough for the odd boggy campsite/festival grounds

Cheers - I got my car stuck in a festival for 8 hours last year. Mind you, only tractors seemed able to move in the mud. Hence the buying a syncro this year :D

Some good all season/winter tyres and a set of cheap snow chains for the really bad stuff then...
