Hi,
has anyone any advice or guidance or clear instructions before I take the can opener to the panel van??? Have got two slidey windows and two fixed windows.
Have checked the convert you bus book, but the pages relating to this don't give me enough to feel confident about doing the job properly!
thanks in advance

Hi Emma, we took our van to a window screen fitters and asked if they could do it,we payed 20 qiud for each window they got a local garage to cut the hole then they fitted the windows. The guys that cut the hole got 20quid and the fitter got 20quid for less then half an hours work. Werth a try.

I agree here... if you don't feel confident then find someone who is . it's an expensive mistake if it goes pants

He's taken your power tools away! uh oh, thats serious!
But tbh I would probably get a garage to do it.

Check that the windows/frames are for the right ones for the job!!
Some are flat and some are curved but can`t remember which are which!!!
Someone correct me if I`m wrong.....

Hi Emma, I know it's a long trek for you but these peeps
http://www.vanwindows.co.uk/ are the experts, probably cost quite a bit more than Wendy said BUT it's better than making a lash up of it. That was my way of thinking when they fitted our roof windows.
Cheers,Ian.
