fitted new radio to rhd t25. all good but foul's on heater cables with only 1/2 inch to go. any idea's

Remove ashtray and you can persuade wiring etc. around it (a bit like keyhole surgery)

Get some of the wires to sit on top of your head unit, and push the speaker blocks towards your steering wheel.

Some radios fit better than others it depends on where the cables come out the back of the radio and how big the heat sink is. Some radios will need the spacer supplied by Brickwerks.

This is the Blaupunkt San Remo fitted with just some tweeking of the cables.

you can buy a spacer plate, not sure where from but dare say someone will be along to tell you. Failing that I made my own out of 10mm MDF and covered it in the same fabric as my trim
