insurance mods?

Hi everyone peeps!
I'm just about to go for agreed value.
my baby has a fiamma side awning fitted.
a big solar panel on roof.
slot on towball bike rack.
water tank etc
reversing alarm sensors, and a few other bits.
question!
do i declare these as modifications or are these known in insurance terms as betterment???

Tell them everything that way they cant say "ohhh you never told us about that" !!!!

Tell them all, they only need one item missed to not payout.
It will not make much difference to your premium, if any
