Can I drill here; here; here; and here?

About to try fitting 3 belts on the back seat, under the RnR bed - 2 lap and diagonal, and 1 lap belt between. I need to drill through the engine bulkhead for the base mount points, as shown by the red Xs. As far as I can tell there's nothing but a big void underneath, but it's covered in foam (sound-proofing?); it would be upsetting if that's covering something vital that would object to being drilled through... Anyone happen to know, or should I just go ahead?

Come to think of it the rightmost one is over the wheel arch, so that might be better attached to the side instead.

I've just changed one of my lap belts for a 3 point, and all the holes were on the diagonal bit of the chasis, a few inches below the rear seat, so that the bolts were accessible from the inside by lifting the rear seat. These were all done before i bought the van, so i left them where they were. Not sure if this makes a big difference to how you suggest, but keeps the boot space above the engine clear. Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge than me will advise

Sadly... that's where a previous owner had mounted them, which is fine for other RnR beds. But this is the Autohomes, whose RnR bed is placed further back. Using the original mounts would cut the belt in the event of a collision (which kind of defeats the purpose.) Hence having to drill new holes.
