Hella 4RA relays

Can Hella 4RA relays be obtained. They are also cross referenced as 87106. Or an alternative.
4RA is just a normal 4 pin switching relay. Just note which pin layout the relay has. Pins 30 and 87 can be in two dfferent possistion like in this link.
