Just filled the water tank and good news it doesn't leak and pump to sink works - but is their an easier way to empty it, than to pump out through sink? Can't see anything to unscrew.
The pipes are also filthy - any advice on the best way to get these clean?
Thanks

Careful, it could be full of
catts p..
PURICLEAN seems to be the recommended cleaner. I took mine off and it had an access cover on the top. Good clean out, changed all the pipes, fixed the water level sensor system, and now never use it....
Would never drink from it anyway, perhaps just for washing up. Splash and dash /wash and brush up half way down to South of France after an all nighter in an aire de repos...........

Grun is right.. puriclean is good or milton. Which is what I use.
We drink from the water tank, I fill and empty it at least twice a month.
It gets sterilised once a year.
as for emptying it... pump it out like you are doing.

A few years ago we had an awful taste in our fresh water and felt it must be some kind of bacteria or sumat. Finished up taking it out and cutting an inspection hatch. It was a bit slimy but not too bad. when replacesd it was just as bad. Eventually worked out that the water standing in the coils of our rather long garden hose was leaching some kind of evil chemical out of the plastic hose pipe material so every time we filled up we put about a pint of smelly water in our tank. All that trouble for nothing. Doh!
Cheers
